Terms of Use (Site Terms & Conditions)
1. General
Use of the Neta – Gifts from the Heart website (the “Site”), operated by Neta — Gifts from the Heart, address: Shilat Industrial Park 1, is subject to these terms of use. Browsing the Site and/or making a purchase constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
2. The Products
Images on the Site are for illustration only. Slight differences may exist between the image and the actual product, depending on the availability of raw materials at the various producers. All products are under kosher supervision.
3. Age Restriction on Purchases
Condition for purchasing on the Site: the purchaser is 18 years of age or older. Purchasing on the Site is permitted only to customers aged 18 and over. Making a purchase on the Site constitutes a declaration by the purchaser that they are 18 years of age or older and legally competent to enter into a binding transaction. If the purchaser does not meet this condition, they are not authorized to make purchases on the Site. Some products on the Site contain alcohol, and their sale to minors under 18 is prohibited by law. Neta reserves the right to require proof of age upon delivery, and to refuse to hand over a delivery if such proof is not presented.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices on the Site are shown in New Israeli Shekels (₪) excluding VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise. Payment is made through a secure payment method. Neta reserves the right to update prices without prior notice. The governing price is the price at the time the order is completed.
5. Shipping
Shipping is available throughout Israel. Standard delivery time is up to 5 business days. You may choose express delivery (1–2 business days) for an additional cost. Standard shipping is free on orders over ₪300. For more details, see the shipping page.
6. Cancellation and Returns
Cancellation of a transaction is permitted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. A transaction may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the product has not been opened or used. Opened food products cannot be returned for food-safety reasons. In the case of a defective product – a replacement box will be supplied at no cost. A refund will be issued within 14 business days to the original payment method. 7. Consumer Rights
The customer is entitled to receive a product that is sound and matches the description on the Site. In the event of a discrepancy, you may contact us through the contact page or by phone at 054-220-7955. We are committed to handling every inquiry within 3 business days. The customer is entitled to cancel a transaction in accordance with the law, to receive a full refund in the case of a defective product, and to raise any question or complaint.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including images, texts, logo, and designs, is the exclusive property of Neta and may not be used without prior written permission.
9. Privacy
Personal information provided on the Site will be kept in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be transferred to third parties except as needed to provide the service.
10. Product Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Neta undertakes to supply sound, fresh, high-quality products. The company's liability for damages that may be caused to the customer as a result of using a product and/or service purchased on the Site is limited as set out below:
The company and/or anyone on its behalf shall not be liable for any direct and/or indirect damage caused as a result of using the service and/or using a product purchased on the Site, and/or as a result of reliance on information appearing on the Site. Any information provided by the company or any content appearing on the Site and/or in any of the forums does not constitute professional advice, a recommendation, or an opinion of any kind. That is, responsibility for the use of information found on the Site rests solely with the user.
If a defective, missing, or non-matching product is received, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery by phone at 054-220-7955 or by email at netalc24@gmail.com, and we will replace the product or credit the customer for the full amount paid for it. In any event, Neta's liability is limited to the actual amount of the order. The Site and the service are offered “as is.”
