Return and Cancellation Policy

    1. Cancelling a Transaction

    A transaction may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, provided the product has not been opened or used.

    2. Food Products

    Because the gift boxes include food products, opened products cannot be returned for food-safety and kosher reasons.

    3. Defective Product

    If you receive a defective product or one that differs from your order, we will send a replacement box at no additional cost. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

    4. Refund

    A refund will be made to the original payment method within 14 business days of approving the cancellation. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
