Rimonim Winery (Gaza Envelope) crafts small-batch pomegranate liqueurs and craft drinks from the Otef region — one of the communities hit hardest on October 7. Their pomegranate spirit is the perfect celebratory toast for an engagement, and buying it helps a frontier producer rebuild.

Francesca's Market (Gilat), founded by Efrat Monsterski, was "born from a longing for the flavors we dreamed of."
