The Producers Behind Every Box

Every item in an appreciation box is traceable to a named producer, not a generic "gourmet" supplier — three of them anchor this ladder. The honey in the Liraz, Nevo and Bar boxes comes from Ayelet HaShachar Apiary, in a kibbutz in the Hula Valley that sat on the front line during the Lebanon war and still keeps producing; it's known as one of the strongest "northern" honeys, drawn from Golan and Hula Valley wildflowers.
