Meet the Beekeepers Behind the Honey

We name the people behind every jar — because the story is the gift. Three apiaries appear across our honey boxes, one from the south and two from the north, each keeping bees through a hard two years. Read more and meet the makers behind every box.

Erez Apiary (Kibbutz Erez, Gaza border). Founded in 1950, it’s one of the oldest apiaries in Israel, known for clean, disease-free honey and for practicing sustainable beekeeping long before the term was common. Its honey carries the deep scent of Negev and Mediterranean blossom.

Moshav Manot (Western Galilee). A small boutique apiary raising bees on Galilean wildflowers — anemone, sage, hops and lavender. The result is a dark, aromatic honey rich with the flavors of the Galilean hills.
