Meet the Producers Behind the Boxes

Cafe Chocolat (Neve Eshkol, the Otef). A boutique chocolate house in the Gaza-envelope. Its founder, Dvir Karp, was murdered in the October 7 massacre at Kibbutz Re’im; his partner, Uri Steiner, chose to keep producing alongside the memory. Each handmade praline from this place is an act of quiet heroism — and among the finest chocolate in Israel.

Beitan HaBad (Moshav Yoshivia, the Otef). A boutique olive grove established in 2004, where Shmuel Beitan cold-presses award-winning extra-virgin oil. During the 2023 harvest, as rockets fell, the team refused to stop picking. Every bottle is a testament to the resilience of the Otef communities.
