Meet the Wineries Behind the Bottles

Har Odem Winery (Golan Heights, North). A boutique winery on the basalt slopes of Mount Odem, one of the most dramatic vineyard sites in Israel, producing full-bodied reds and fresh, floral whites. The northern frontier has been under fire from Lebanon, so a bottle from the Golan is a direct way to stand with the region.

Nahal Gerar Winery (Gaza-border South). A boutique winery in Ein HaBesor, on land tied to the biblical covenant of Abraham.
