Ayelet HaShachar Apiary (Upper Galilee). A veteran apiary at Kibbutz Ayelet HaShachar in the Hula Valley, its honey is considered among Israel's finest “northern” honeys, drawn from Golan and Hula Valley blossoms. The kibbutz sat on the front line during the fighting in the north and kept its beehives producing throughout.

Dekrina Chocolate (Golan Heights). A boutique chocolate house on the Golan making handmade spreads, pralines and truffles from local flavors — grapes, apples and Golan herbs — in small traditional batches. Its products joined Hibuk Otef as the project expanded across the entire northern conflict line.

Beitan HaBad — Karmei Negev (Gaza Envelope). A boutique olive grove in Moshav Yoshiviya, founded in 2004, producing cold-pressed oil only.
