Meet the Producers Behind the Boxes

Every item carries the name of a real maker. Here are three of the people behind these boxes.

Manot Moshav Honey (Western Galilee). A small apiary in Moshav Manot raises its bees on Galilee wildflowers — anemone, sage and lavender — for a dark, aromatic honey that tastes of the hills. Buying it supports a northern community living under the strain of the Lebanon-border conflict.

Kaveh Chocolate — Nawe Eshkol (Gaza Envelope). A boutique chocolate house whose founder, Dovi Karp, was murdered at Kibbutz Re'im on October 7. His partner, Uri Steiner, chose to keep making chocolate alongside the memory. Every handmade praline from here is an act of quiet courage.

Bezalel — “Zikaron Otef” Art (Jerusalem). Faculty and graduating students from Bezalel's Visual Communication department volunteered to illustrate the landscapes of the Gaza Envelope as they were before October 7. These prints — the framed keepsake in our boxes — turn memory into art.
